Our pump systems involve control logic to involve an accumulator to maintain pressure in the discharge system when no water is being used. The pump doesn’t cycle on and off excessively to account for leakage or small intermittent discharges of the process water. A detection system is in place to monitor no-flows allowing the pump to stop running if the no-flow is longer than the pre-set duration. Lastly, the pump is designed according to strict client specifications.
